• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — typically 30–40 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus balance.
• Specified conditions must be fulfilled to convert bonus money into cash balance.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system or obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

All deposits on jeetbag must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Once a deposit has been successfully processed, it cannot be refunded.

Certain conditions must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. jeetbag wants to ensure that every withdrawal is fully legitimate and secure. For this reason, large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and security of the jeetbag platform. Violations of these terms and conditions will result in serious consequences.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engage in hacking.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Using false information or a fake identity on the platform.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Any form of manipulation or tampering with the jeetbag system.

Jeetbag reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

The account holder will be notified by email if their account is suspended. Accounts suspended for legitimate reasons may be reinstated by contacting the support team. However, accounts permanently closed due to rule violations cannot be reopened.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 or 5% of the total balance, whichever is lower. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
